All Items are in stock at time of posting. To continually provide an ever-changing inventory, many items are limited in quantities. And due to our pricing, we are unable to guarantee inventory will last. If an occasion occurs where your purchase is out of stock, you will be given the options of a refund, replacement, or waiting on the item to be re-stocked and shipped to you.

We are confirmed and verified members. Money Orders and Bank Checks are also accepted. Sorry, Personal Checks are not accepted at this time.
An item I want is sold out, what do I do next?
Thank you for your interest! Please either send us an email indicating the item or check back with us in a week or two. If an item will be restocked, it is usually done within two weeks. To provide you with an array of items and an ever changing inventory, we carry limited quantities in most items.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Within the US 48 contiguous states ONLY for anything large or weighted. The shipping rate would be costly. Though, on certain items there may be exceptions so please email us if you have an item of interest and this is the case.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Your merchandise is shipped within 1-3 Business Days and arriving to you within 6-10 Days. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9-5 EST. You will receive an email notification and tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 15 days from the DATE OF ORDER. The merchandise MUST be unused, in original package.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable for all returns and exchanges. If the item has a manufacturers defect, we will gladly replace/exchange the item, at no cost to you. All return items must be in original packaging and original condition. For example sheets should NOT be opened and refolded. We will not refund used, washed, odiferous, stained, etc or damaged products. Please e-mail us for concerns of return/exchange.
Final Sale items can be exchanged exchanged only. All exchanges are required to be made within 15 days OF DATE ORDERED.
Please note: In consideration of Health/Safety requirements, cosmetics, bathing suits and undergarments are NONRETURNABLE.

6. Items returned after the allocated return time cannot be processed and returned to sender
7. Refunds or exchanges are processed upon inspections and approves the item(s)
8. We recommend large or weighty return items be sent back with insurance to avoid the possibility of loss during shipping.
